Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of CreatorFlows' WhatsApp automation service. By subscribing to or using CreatorFlows, you agree to the terms below.

The service

CreatorFlows connects your platform's existing signup, payment, or enrollment events to the WhatsApp Business API, delivering messages you configure to your students.

Billing

Plans are billed monthly in advance. You may cancel, upgrade, or downgrade at any time by contacting us; changes take effect at the next billing cycle unless otherwise agreed.

Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the message content and student data you provide.
• You must have a lawful basis to message the phone numbers you provide to us, consistent with WhatsApp Business API policies and applicable law in your jurisdiction.
• You will not use CreatorFlows to send spam, unsolicited marketing outside opt-in students, or content that violates WhatsApp's commerce and business policies.

Service availability

We aim for reliable message delivery but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service, as delivery depends in part on third-party infrastructure (WhatsApp Business API, your platform's webhook reliability).

Limitation of liability

CreatorFlows is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from delayed or failed message delivery due to factors outside our reasonable control.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
