We listen, don't rebuild
A webhook is just a notification your platform can send out. We give you a URL to point that notification at — nothing about your existing flow changes.
We translate it to WhatsApp
Once we receive that notification, we match it to the message journey you configured and send it through the WhatsApp Business API under your business name.
