CreatorFlows ("we," "us") provides WhatsApp automation services to education businesses ("customers"). This policy explains what data we collect and how it's used, both from our customers and the students they message.

What we collect

• Contact details you submit through our contact form or email (name, email, WhatsApp number, platform details).
• Student phone numbers and event data (enrollment, payment, class schedule) passed to us via webhook from your platform, solely to deliver the messages you configure.
• Message delivery and read-receipt logs for the journeys you set up.

How we use it

• To deliver the WhatsApp messages your account is configured to send.
• To respond to inquiries submitted through our contact form.
• To improve reliability of message delivery and troubleshoot issues you report.

What we don't do

• We do not sell student or customer data to third parties.
• We do not use student phone numbers for any purpose outside the message journeys you've configured.

Data retention & deletion

You can request deletion of your account's stored data, including student contact information, at any time by emailing mycreatorflows@gmail.com.

Third parties

Message delivery relies on the WhatsApp Business API (operated by Meta). Data passed to WhatsApp for delivery is subject to Meta's own terms and policies.
